Some products in our store are offered as subscriptions. This cancellation policy outlines how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the duration and frequency you selected.

Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Your subscription may automatically renew after the term expires. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time.

To cancel or change your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email – you will find your subscription management panel there.

Standard Orders

Standard (one-time) orders can be canceled as long as they have not been processed – please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@zenblend.pl. If your order has already been shipped, our terms and conditions apply.
