Refund policy

A 14-day returns policy applies, meaning you have 14 days from receipt of the product to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship it. In the event of a cancellation, the buyer will be responsible for the direct costs of the return.
Products returned to us without prior notification of return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as opened or damaged food. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

The fastest way to obtain an exchange is to return the purchased item and, once accepted, purchase a new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether it has been approved. If your return is approved, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process your refund.
