I pack and ship orders myself, usually within 1-3 business days of placing the order. Each package is carefully packaged to ensure your tea arrives in the best possible condition.

Delivery area: Poland and European Union countries.

Shipping costs and delivery times within Poland:

PLN 0 — if the order exceeds PLN 150 gross
PLN 15 — InPost Paczkomat 24/7, delivery within 1-2 business days
PLN 15 — InPost Courier, delivery within 1-2 business days
PLN 15 — DHL courier, delivery usually within 1-2 business days

Shipping costs to EU countries:

PLN 72 — delivery within 3-7 business days
EU countries: PLN 72, delivery within 3-7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or not picked up from the parcel locker on time, please contact me at kontakt@zenblend.pl - I will try to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
